Shipping policy

Processing time is 5-7 business days (weekends are not included) for custom orders, but may be longer during high volume times. Please contact us at info@oatmilkbaby.com if you’d like a status update on your order. 

Orders without custom made items ship in 1-3 days.

In the unlikely case that we run out of stock of a certain letter/color that you have ordered, we will get in touch with you to either provide an estimated wait time, alternative color or a refund.

SHIPPING:

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Shipping time takes between 2-6 days. 

Once we have shipped out your order and it is no longer in our possession, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages. We cannot replace or refund packages that are lost/stolen after they have been shipped. If you have any issues with your order, please do email us and we will try our best to assist you in filing a complaint with the shipping carrier.
