Refund policy
Returns:
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns. If you have any questions, please contact us before you place an order.
Cancellations:
We only accept cancellations within 2 hours of ordering. Changes can be made to your order up to 24 hours after the order is placed.
Order Issues:
If you have any issues with your order, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us and we will get back to you right away.
For personalized orders, if the item was misspelled due to our mistake, we will send a replacement free of cost. We are not responsible and we will not replace items that are misspelled by the buyer. Please double check the name before placing your order.
Damaged and missing items must be reported within 24 hours of the item being delivered. Photos must be taken of the packaging as well as the products. We cannot replace/refund products that are damaged due to the customers fault.
